  • Each item is carefully inspected before shipping
  • Products are individually wrapped in protective cushioning materials and shock-absorbent packaging ensure safe transit
  • Fragile items receive additional reinforcement and bracing

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed
  • A second notification with tracking information will be sent when your order ships

Returns

Due to the nature of marble products:

  • Custom-cut marble pieces cannot be returned
  • Returns of standard items must be requested within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Proper packaging must be used to prevent damage during return transit
