- Each item is carefully inspected before shipping
- Products are individually wrapped in protective cushioning materials and shock-absorbent packaging ensure safe transit
- Fragile items receive additional reinforcement and bracing
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed
- A second notification with tracking information will be sent when your order ships

- Claims for lost packages must be initiated within 30 days of shipment
Returns
Due to the nature of marble products:
- Custom-cut marble pieces cannot be returned
- Returns of standard items must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Proper packaging must be used to prevent damage during return transit
